The structure of our services and pricing is as follows, with details on individual sessions provided below. Invoicing occurs prior to each session, and payment must be received before the session can take place. This ensures that both parties are fully prepared and committed to the process.

Initial 15-minute phone consultation

Our Initial 15-minute phone consultation is completely free for families. During this call, the consultant will take the time to listen to your story, understand your family's unique situation, and assess the potential needs of your child. This consultation is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of how we can support you moving forward, answer any questions you may have, and determine the best next steps. It’s a great opportunity to explore your options with no obligation.

Initial parent interview

The Initial Parent Interview is a crucial first step in understanding your child’s needs and how we can best support your family. During this in-depth conversation, we’ll discuss your child’s developmental history, current challenges, and any concerns you may have. This interview helps us gain insight into your family’s unique situation, allowing us to tailor our approach and create a plan that aligns with your goals. The cost for this session is $150, and it can be done either online or in person in a setting that is most comfortable for you. This session serves as a foundation for the support your child needs moving forward.

Every next session

If you decide to move forward with us, every subsequent session will involve gathering important observations. We will send you the necessary observation tools to be completed by family members, educators, or teachers. These tools will help in observing your child in different learning environments as well as in comfortable settings with the family (e.g., playground).

Once the observations are gathered, we will analyze the data, draw conclusions, and develop a tailored plan with strategies to support your child. We can then schedule regular visits to reevaluate the plan, as children’s behaviors often change and evolve over time. During these visits, we will also identify any potential barriers in the learning environments and offer additional support.

You can expect to have 1-3 sessions at $80 per session, depending on your child's needs and progress. These sessions are designed to ensure ongoing support and adjustments as necessary.
